preppy Lace

Espero que hayan tenido un lindísisisimo inicio de semana y de mes.  Ahora les escribo desde San José. Como les conté en el post anterior, me iba a venir por el finde y hasta hoy para el shower de una amiga, pero tuve que retrasar el viaje un día completo porque cancelaron mi vuelo.  A pesar del cambio, todo salió perfecto porque pude descansar un poco más, ir a una fiesta familiar el sábado, hacer mi maleta más tranquila y disfrutar con mi amorcitiii! :) <3  Nos hemos divertido mucho haciendo una sesión de fotos de embarazo, caminando alrededor del Centro de San Jose, por un mall y Santana Row, donde hay muchas tiendas lindas! :)  Síganme por Instagram para más updates ;)

I hope you have had an awesome start of the week and the new month.  I'm writing from San José.  As I told you in the last post, I was coming to northern Cali for some days to visit a friend and celebrate her baby shower.  I had to delay my trip one full day because they cancelled my flight, but it worked sooo great!!!  I had more time to rest, go to a family party, pack for the trip and enjoy with my baby! :) We have had a lot of fun so far doing a belly photography session, walking around San Jose Downtown and Santana Row.  Check out my Instagram for more updates ;)

Este look lo usé hace un par de fines para salir a comer y tomar unos tragos con unos amigos.  A veces se me da por arreglarme más, definitivamente ese día fue uno de esos.  Aunque no siempre se puede, cuando uso un look todo de un color, me gusta combinar diferentes texturas, como en este caso.  El look es bastante simple, pero el top con encaje definitivamente lo hace diferente.

Espero que les guste y hasta la próxima.  Ahora sí me voy a dormir porque mañana nos espera un día largo en San Francisco!!! Muchas gracias por pasar por el blog!!! <3 Besitos!!!

I wore this a couple weekends ago to go have dinner and some drinks with friends.  I have some days that I really feel like dressing up, this was one of those days.  But since we were going to a bar, I just kept it simple with my cork sandals.  Even though is not always possible, when I wear an outfit of one color, I love to play with different textures, like in this case.  The ensemble is really simple, but the lace top makes it a little more special.  What you think?
